Black Forest rocks

The 'Wildline' suspension footbridge seen from below, empty of tourists now but still as spectacular as ever despite that.

It is quite mild today with plenty of blue sky and intermittent sunshine but the forest is strangely silent as visitors remain home and the birds, tweetless, wonder WTF is going on.

Sandstone rocks can be found throughout the forest, some are the size of small cars and in places some areas are pure rock. Meanwhile the leaves are still falling and despite the forest being knee deep in them, many deciduous trees are still green, which for mid November is surprising. The winter seems to be arriving later and later.
